Titans at Bills Preview - NFL Week 7
Titans fans everywhere are in very very dark times. The past two seasons the Titans were slowly declining and now the team has free fell all they way to rock BOTTOM. The Titans are at rock bottom and now they will be forced to face Josh freaking Allen.
The pain is real, but I am just laughing at this point. That's the only way to watch this team without just being angry all game long. I wonder how the Titans will find a way to lose this week? It should be a game show at this point. The Titans have had some close losses this season, but when you actually WATCH the team, it's clear the Titans never had a shot in most of those games.
This week I fear I won't have to guess how the Titans are going to lose. Nope, no suspense this week as they are headed into Buffalo to probably be slaughtered.
I know that most teams won't and probably can't say that the team is tanking. But it would be nice for us fans LOL. This way I won't have to roast the team AS MUCH. I mean, it is just embarrassing to watch the team pretend like they have a chance whatsoever this year.
I kinda wish the team would just put in Mason Rudolph. But I guess we are just committed to tanking and starting fresh?
Watching Brian Callahan, I get the feeling there is a disconnect between him and the front office. I think he would consider putting Rudolph in if he had the chance. But this is mostly blind speculation and gut feeling. Other Titans fans/people have been speculating the same thing.
There is just not easy way to slice it. No easy choice. The Titans just have to look in the mirror and soul search. I have no idea man.
I know I'll be here every step of the way, every game. I don't care how long it takes.
My Attempt at Optimism for Titans at Bills
Let's channel my inner younger Titans fan. Back when I believed in the Titans no matter how bad they looked. Let's be delusional!!

If you squint your eyes, you could see a path for the Titans to win. I guess.
The Titans DO have a great defense. They DO have a good enough run game. The problem is very much this absolute buffoon named Will Levis. I would put a gif of him doing something stupid but it is honestly too painful.
Will is being tested. There is a ton of pressure on him and so far he has failed every test mightily. He has the size and physical ability but he just does not seem to have the mentality in the slightest to be a starting QB in the NFL.
If Will can like get his crap together and not suck, the Titans could be a respectable team and maybe win this game.
The Bills could easily just overlook the Titans and come into this game asleep. I mean, if I were the Bills, I would not take the Titans seriously either!!
That's the only chance the Titans have. The defense and run game have to be as good if not better than they've been. Will Levis needs to show up and the Bills need to overlook the Titans. These are the Titans' only chances. Yikes.
Oh yeah, the Bills also just got Amari Cooper. So the Titans are in even more trouble than they would have been a few days ago.
If the Titans do win, it will feel pretty dang great since it would be an epic upset. But overall, it will not prove anything in the big picture.
I am just watching the team game to game and hoping for the best. I will appreciate any win in 2024 and hope for better times next year LOL.
This was a bit of a jumbled rant but, that's simply the Titans these days. An unorganized, unprepared mess with no direction.
A win would still feel amazing. It would be nice to surprise some people. Including myself! I guess anything is possible. Twelve games left. Maybe a miracle will happen.
