Sixers lose Wednesday | Miami on the schedule tonight

Special times! Sixers and Phillies only overlap so often. It's always a fun time of year. The Sixers are in pretty much shambles but with only a handful of games left, I'm still going to enjoy the show!

Sixers lost Wednesday but, I can't help but think the front office doesn't really mind. I sure hope head coach Nick Nurse stays on despite all of these struggles. Quentin Grimes didn't get his usual 25 points but he still scored 22. Quentin and five other Sixers scored in double digits. Justin Edwards had a double double!

The Sixers will be hosting the Heat for their 74th game of the year. The Heat are in a strange spot themselves. They traded core star player Jimmy Butler in a not so friendly manner to the Warriors in February. Butler helped take the Heat to the finals twice in four years in recent seasons. Now the Heat have lost a ton of games and are seemingly in position to get a decent draft pick after their haul from the Butler trade. So I suppose they might be attempting to reload for the future with Pat Reily, Erik Spoelestra, and the deep roster and strong culture they've created.

Yeah, the Phillies have really taken the edge off this rough Sixers season. Makes me not so so upset about it knowing the Phillies still have a whole season of likely winning ahead for this whole summer.

Soon it will be draft season! Life is crazy, so who knows how many games I got left to watch!
