Phillies look to win their series in Minnesota!
Time is of the essence here, had a long morning of working AND some big news personally that needed my attention so yeah, this is gonna be short and sweet.
The Phils play their third and final game in Minnesota in just a few minutes. It's been a fun series since the Phillies barely play in Minnesota, ever.
Today, the Phillies' bats need to wake up a bit. It's been a real yawnfest offensively. Luckily Aaron Nola will be on the mound. This rotation is a serious luxury at times.
The Phils will be facing left handed veteran pitcher Steven Okert. It appears to me that Okert is typically used as a relief pitcher, but this afternoon he gets the start.
It seems like temperatures will be in the high 70's for this ballgame. AFter game one, the weather has seemed pretty perfect.
As stated in the title, the Phillies can finally get a series victory if they can manage to get the job done today.
