Corey Davis Panini 'Rookies & Stars' 2018 NFL Football Card

Seven years ago today, as this card mentions, on a cold winter's night in Foxborough, Titans' rookie wide receiver Corey Davis caught two touchdowns in the AFC Divisional Round against the Patriots. Those would be the only two touchdowns the Titans scored in that game, and the Patriots ultimately smoked the Titans but still this was an extremely fun season overall.

The Titans just had their second consecutive winning season and made the playoffs for the first time since 2008. Not only that, but this Divisional Round Game came right after the Titans had a fantastic come from behind victory against Alex Smith and the Chiefs at Arrowhead in the Wild Card Round.

Corey's first touchdown reception in that Patriots game was a beautiful one-handed snag that actually drew first blood in this game. I was pumped!!

The game went downhill after that. But still, this would be the start of the Titans having really good success in the next handful of years.

Nowadays Corey Davis is pretty much out of the league but he was a solid receiver. Didn't live up to his high draft pick but he was alright.

This card is clean yet not too basic. I just love the navy blue and silver combo so much.

Can't believe this has been seven years. The big movie out was Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle with The Rock, Kevin Hart and Jack Black. I STILL have not seen this LOL. The original is just perfect. I should see this though one of these days.
