My sports heart can only take so much man! HA. Between the Sixers and Titans it has been a roughhhhhhhhh what, five months, nearly six? It is what it is. Truly being loyal to a team is not sunshine and rainbows though. Can't get too caught up in it. It is entertainment at the end of the day. Nobody's life is on the line and these athletes get paid handsomely so, it's not a big deal in the big picture. Yeah, it'd be nice if the Sixers were a dominant team obviously but, all I can do is watch.

Frankly, I may as well laugh at the pain and situation. What else can I do? I get upset here and there but, it's just sports. I'm just looking at it like the ultimate never ending story, never ending series or reality show if you will.

The Sixers have more heart than I thought, I will say that. They are fairly competitive. But that's not always going to translate to wins unfortunately. No participation trophies in the NBA. They lost a tough one to the Knicks on Wednesday in a game that went into overtime. It was a heartbreaker but, it was a fun one to watch!! Maxey and George showed up but, the Knicks are just way too scrappy and deep as a roster. Would have been nice if Embiid played too, I think the Sixers may have won if he were playing.

The schedule continues to be brutal as the Sixers travel to Indiana to face the more than capable 23-19 Pacers. Seems like Maxey and George will likely play but, Embiid won't be. Frankly he won't be playing anytime soon either. The Sixers should really just shut him down for the year. He's not playing anyway, it's nonsense to even pretend he might return. He is just a total non factor and it's not exactly crystal clear what is wrong with him exactly, or they are at least being vague about how serious his injury is. It's his foot, it's his knee, it's his facial fracture, I mean it's just confusing.

But yeah, I'll be trying to watch the best I can. There's also playoff football and a UFC event too. Pretty big day for sports in general.
