76ers get their first win in nearly a month Wednesday! | Hawks in town tonight
The Sixers won for the first time in nearly a month on Wednesday and it was pretty enjoyable to see. The win did not even impact the Sixers' lottery positioning whatsoever. Jeff Dowtin Jr. scored a career high 30 points for the Sixers. The 6'3" twenty-seven year old guard is somewhat quietly having a career year for the Sixers.

Quentin Grimes recorded a double-double and Lonnie Walker IV also poured in 24 points. It's pretty fun to see these guys take advantage of their minutes. Every minute spent on an NBA floor is special at the end of the day.
Tonight is the second to last game of the season for the Sixers. This also happens to be the franchise's 76th season in the NBA. It definitely would have been cool to see the Sixers be more competitive during such a cool milestone unique only to the Sixers due to their name.
But yes the Sixers final two games of the season will be in Philly so that's a decent silver lining for fans. Hawks tonight, Bulls on Sunday. Both of these Sixers' opponents have clinched play-in spots but are still probably trying to stack a few more wins because the exact seeding of the play-in teams can still be shuffled to a degree depending on how these last few games play out. The Sixers #5 draft position is locked in with a singular loss or a Nets win. Strange times to finish the season I suppose LOL.
Once again it's a Sixers-Phillies double feature on this fine April evening and really, it's a beautiful thing! Just going to enjoy the moment.
