Thank you so much 😊 @silvertop and I need to keep it up because I have high cholesterol! I’m grateful for all the food here but some is a bit high in fats. Some ladies are going on diets for high blood pressure so that will help! I need to cut down on portions too 😂 😊🤗 !BBH
