My Actifit Report Card: September 21 2022

The weather was Much cooler today and perfect for a long walk up hills, through the woods, and past the Hoquiam Castle.

I was so glad to wake up to cooler temperatures this morning. Yesterday had humid conditions and stagnant air that made me feel somewhat I’ll. I tried to walk but felt too tired with some difficulty breathing.

There is a saw mill down the road that creates a lot of very fine particles in the air. Today had brought a much needed breeze to clear up the air.

I started out walking to Sunset Memorial park - walking most of the roads that are at the top of the hill.

Then I walked through the woods at a Elton Bennett Park and met my cute kitty cat 🐈‍⬛ friend watching the birds. I’m sure the kitty was hunting them too.

I felt so much better today that I took a side trip to the Hoqiam Castle! I love to look at the 1897 structure. It’s too bad this little town can’t do much business. Hoqiam is beautiful and has so much potential.
