Breathe and Hold: Friday September 20 2024

Feels like summer is taking one last stand. Blue skies, mild temperatures, and intensely warming sunshine. Even the butterflies are coming back out to play.

Life has been pretty intense lately. I tried to take a step back and hold my breath for a moment. Diving into the already quite cold lake water helps somehow.

Life keeps on giving!
