My Actifitivity: July 12 2022

Tuesday.

A mildly warm and all out sunny day.

I took a little afternoon walk into the forest. Balancing across some fallen trees to reach the meadows between the ferns.

 

 

Instead of straight up walking I decided to spend an hour sitting down to let my thoughts wander. But then I played some pokemon and caught a shiny Bunnelby instead.

 

 

Catching rabbits and watching the trees. I had hoped for more mindfulness but it was enioyable and relaxing none the less.
