My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2025

Yesterday afternoon was quite frosty - 24 degrees. I took a short walk around the city and walked about 3.5 km. In the evening I joined my wife for a walk and we walked about 3 km more.

I managed to walk over 12,000 steps in a day.

I used Stepn both times during the walk.
