Guten Abend :)

Jetzt nur ein super kurzer Beitrag für heute. Mein Arbeitstag ging heute von 7 Uhr bis 1 Uhr morgens. Wir hatten heute eine betriebliche Veranstaltung und Teambuildingmaßnahme, und ich bin jetzt erst zu Hause. Deswegen heute nur flott das Giveaway!

Just a super short post for today. My workday went from 7 AM to 1 AM. We had a corporate event and team-building exercise today, and I have just gotten home. That's why today it's just a quick giveaway!

Klingt nach einem harten Tag. Habe mich tatsächlich schon gefragt, wann dein Bericht kommt 😂

Für den Tag sind 9k Schritte wirklich top. Wenn deine Kalorien auch im Rahmen geblieben sind, dann alles wunderbar. Hast du eigentlich zwischenzeitlich deinen Umfang mal gemessen bzw sogar dort eine Entwicklung festgestellt ?
