Went out from home early in the morning to go to the National Stadium and do some volunteer work for the HSBC rugby sevens.

清晨早早出门，前往国家体育场，为汇丰橄榄球七人制赛做志工。

Waited to collect my credentials.

等待领取我的凭证。

Took a selfie as I waited.

After getting my badge, walked towards the workforce rest area.

拿到我的徽章后，走向工作人员休息区。

There were many other volunteers in the workforce rest area.

工作人员休息区里有很多其他志愿者。

After some briefing, I went with the Merchandise Assistant team to look for the Merchandise area inside the stadium.

经过一些简报后，我跟随商品助理团队寻找体育场内的商品区。

Reached the Merchandise booth. Some of us would be helping with the sale and another guy and I were in the store room behind helping to fulfil the orders.

到达商品展位。我们中的一些人将协助销售，另一位和我则在后面的存货处帮助完成订单。

It was a manually sophisticated operation. The staff would shout the item number, size if applicable and quantity in English or Cantonese. We would find the item and threw it to the staff at the door, echoing the order. So it was a test of our hearing, eyesight and hand eye coordination.

这是一项手动精细的操作。工作人员会用英语或粤语喊出商品编号、尺寸（如果适用）和数量。我们会找到商品并扔给门口的工作人员，同时重复订单。因此，这对我们的听力、视力和手眼协调能力都是一个考验。

The queue of buyers grew long after the gates opened and was very long by lunchtime.

大门打开后，买家排起了长队，到午餐时间已经非常长了。

I went out for lunch.

我出去吃午饭。

Crossed path with Lord Vader.

和达斯维达狭路相逢。

Met other volunteers as I reached the rest area.

到达休息区时遇到了其他志愿者。

Grabbed my lunch. This lunch seemed to have higher budget compared to the last event I volunteered at.

拿了我的午餐。与我上次志愿服务的活动相比，这次的午餐似乎预算更高。

After lunch, I headed back to the stadium. The spectators were getting food too.

午饭后，我回到体育场。观众也在买食物。

There were some sections reserved by corporations probably for their customers and business partners.

有些区域被公司报了，可能是为招待他们的客户和商业伙伴的。

The stadium was more crowded by then.

那时体育场更加拥挤了。

Although there were still many seats available.

尽管仍然有很多空座位。

Some food stalls were not opened.

一些食品摊位没有开放。

I saw the queue to the merchandise area were super long as I reached.

我到达时看到商品区的队伍非常长。

So many people were just queueing to spend money.

很多人排队花钱。

In between work in the afternoon, I went on toilet break.

下午工作期间，我去上了个洗手间。

Saw a juggler performing.

看到一个杂耍演员在表演。

After the end of my shift, I went to take a train at the Stadium MRT station.

我的班次结束后，我去体育场地铁站搭地铁。

Went to the club to play some pickleball.

去了俱乐部打了匹克球。

Managed to play 4 games.

打了四场。

Then it started to rain heavily. Our CDB was like Genting Highlands.

然后开始下大雨。我们的中央商务区就像云顶高原一样。

So it was time fir dinner and I decided to get a laksa at the poolside café.

所以该吃晚饭了，我决定在池边咖啡室吃叻沙。
