Was at Singapore General Hospital for a blood test on Wednesday. It was requested by the urologist. The PSA level was still high after some months. I think he may ask for more test when I see him on Monday. I went to the food court for and early lunch after that.

星期三去新加坡中央医院验血。这是泌尿科医生要求的。几个月后，PSA 水平仍然很高。我想星期一见到他时，他可能会要求做更多检测。之后我去了食阁吃了顿早午餐。

Then headed to NUSS and played pickleball. It was good to play indoor.

然后前往国立大学协会会所打匹克球。在室内打球感觉很好。

After a couple of hours I left and took a bus to the club.

The bus passed by the BYD showroom in the CBD.

公车经过中央商务区的比亚迪展厅。

I was too early for the pickleball session but there were other people already there.

我去得太早了但那里已经有其他人了。

Played another 6 games after the 5 gamess in the afternoon.

下午打了 5 场后，又打了不6场。

I stopped at about 7pm when the rain made the ground wet.

大约晚上 7 点，雨把地面弄湿了，我停了下来。

Then took the MRT train back to Toa Payoh and went to the food court and had some fried rice for dinner.

然后乘地铁回到大巴窑，去食阁吃了一些炒饭作为晚餐。
