For me i dont see the missing Penalty as his fault. How can the coach bring in someone who has not warm up to come and play penalty. The main issue is from the tactics used by Southgate.
I am not please with his last substitution. The fact that they had not really warm up was what made tje players to loose the penalty.

Indeed. I don't completely agree with the lack of warm ups as a cause to their penalty loses but I certainly accept your point that Gareth Southgate made some errors that day. However, I still frown at the racist insults aimed at Rashford and the other two youngsters. Football should never be this way
